*2 Hours of continuing education approved for licensed Colorado real estate appraisers.

We were able to work with DORA and get the class approved for a ZOOM presentation. We have worked through most of the logistics. You will be able to get the 2-hours of Appraisal CE. Attendance for the whole 2 hours is required to get the CE.

The course is included in the NCAREA and CAREA membership dues. The cost to non-members is $35.
