Join us on Monday, February 10th and earn 2 hours of appraiser continuing education. With lending work slowing to a crawl, many appraisers have expanded their type of work. Expert witness testimony can be a critical component in non-lender work. This course will discuss the different roles, assignment types, clients and expectations for appraisers in litigation assignments. A large part of these assignments will include expert witness testimony, discovery and additional documentation in the workfile.
