With the November 2, 2026 deadline coming soon for the UAD 3.6 transition, it is imperative that appraisers be aware of how to handle, locate and understand the UAD 3.6 analysis and reporting requirements. The UAD 3.6 data set is the biggest change in residential appraising since the last form change in 2005. As more reports are submitted, the GSEs have advice from the lessons learned on submissions to help you avoid revisions and requests.
