WE HAVE OUR BILL OFFICIALLY INTRODUCED (HB24-1085)!

Our bill, HB24-1085 and known as the Limitations on Actions against Appraisers Bill, was officially introduced to the Business Affairs & Labor Committee today. Two of our bill sponsors are on this committee and one is the Chair, so we are optimistic for passing this first step in the process. We have already heard from several people that our email blasts are working. Some appraisers have even heard back from their local legislators stating they will support our bill.
