Join us for this FREE two-day seminar designed for appraisers who want to learn how to use a mobile device effectively in the field—regardless of the software they use. While the training will highlight Total for Mobile, the strategies and techniques shared will benefit all users by helping improve field efficiency. All appraisers welcome!

Day 2 – July 15, 2025 – 1:00 – 3:00 PM Mountain Time

This session is available both in person and via Zoom. Joel Baker will join us to provide hands-on coaching during a live appraisal inspection of a sample home. He’ll guide participants through the sketching features of the app, including the use of Scan-to-Sketch technology. Experienced users will also be on-site to offer one-on-one support and share practical tips. This is a great opportunity to be prepared for the increase in field entries prior to the launch of UAD 3.6!

The actual address for the practice property will be emailed on Friday, July 11th and the property is located near the intersection of Alameda and Garrison in Lakewood, Colorado.
