This is the 2026-2027 7-Hour USPAP Continuing Education Course, developed by The Appraisal Foundation. The course is roughly divided into two sections. The first focuses on lessons that will put USPAP nuances into focus; the second presents case studies that show how USPAP applies in situations that appraisers may encounter. This course fulfills the USPAP requirement for your license renewal while offering an opportunity to network with other appraisers.
Two publications are required for students taking the 7-hour course and are available as digital downloads or hard copy books through The Appraisal Foundation. The required materials are the 2026-2027 Reference Manual and the 2026-2027 7-Hour Student Manual.
