This is the second of two courses on Artificial Intelligence in our AI For Real Estate Professionals Series (the first course is on April 20th). This workshop is an advanced, builder-oriented session focused on designing reliable AI outputs, creating repeatable research systems, and integrating agentic workflows into professional real estate analysis. Participants sharpen advanced prompting skills (voice, style, layout control), learn to build curated research caches, and explore CustomGPT and agent-mode approaches for producing consistent artifacts while maintaining bias-aware, objective language and confidentiality boundaries.
Objectives:
– Design prompts that control fidelity, style, and layout for multi-platform deliverables
– Use advanced prompting techniques (voice, dictation, styles, temperature) to improve output quality
– Build a curated research cache and produce multiple artifacts from one evidence set
– Create and maintain a CustomGPT to standardize repeatable outputs (reports, summaries, FAQs)
– Use agentic workflows to assemble market tables/spreadsheets while verifying accuracy
– Apply bias-aware phrasing and objective constraints appropriate for real estate analysis
– Outline a scalable AI framework for a team (roles, review steps, and governance)
This course is pending approval for 3 hours of appraiser CE in Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho & Nebraska. We are unable to offer CE to real estate brokers, however anyone in the real estate industry is welcome to attend this workshop.
