Please join us on Monday, December 11th at 6:30 PM via Zoom for our 2023 Annual NCAREA Update where we will discuss plans for 2024 including the 2024 budget, board member nominations and plans for moving NCAREA forward.

This will also be your last chance to earn CE for 2023 with the CE portion of the meeting beginning at 7:00 PM. The first hour will be an update from Colorado Division of Real Estate, Director, Marcia Waters. The second hour will be presented by Lacey Hays, founder of Legacy Consulting Colorado, and is titled “Advocacy in Colorado.” It will cover the pending bill that can help shape the future Colorado state policy for the appraisal industry.

NCAREA/CAREA members will earn 2 hours of Colorado appraiser continuing education upon the completion of this class.
