The RMAA Tech Series: Helping Appraisers Work Smarter is a multi-session series designed to help appraisers evaluate the software tools available to them ahead of the UAD 3.6 transition this fall. Each session features a different real estate appraisal software company presenting the features and benefits of their platform, giving attendees a firsthand look at what is available in the market today. Whether you are considering switching platforms or simply want to know your options, this series gives you the information you need to make a confident decision. Session 8: Appraisal Inbox

Appraisal Inbox is a workflow management platform built specifically for real estate appraisers and appraisal offices. While many UAD 3.6 tools focus on report writing, Appraisal Inbox helps manage the work before and around the report: order intake, assignment, scheduling, status tracking, client communication, invoicing, team coordination, and back-office operations.

In this session, we’ll demonstrate how appraisal offices can use Appraisal Inbox to centralize incoming orders, keep teams aligned, reduce spreadsheet and email chaos, and maintain visibility from assignment through delivery. We’ll also show how Appraisal Inbox is preparing offices for the UAD 3.6 transition, including MISMO XML export for compatible report-writing platforms.
