Join us on Monday, December 9th and earn 2 hours of appraiser continuing education. Remaining up to date on the regulatory environment is essential to a successful appraisal practice. This 2-hour continuing education course features a panel discussion with representatives from the state appraisal agencies in Colorado, Nebraska, and Idaho and from The Appraisal Foundation. The panel will provide valuable insights into state-specific and national regulatory updates, appraisal standards, and emerging industry trends. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from their regulatory bodies, ask questions, and engage in dialogue on regulations and best practices. This course is designed to help appraisers stay informed and compliant with evolving regulations and standards in the profession.
Students will:
- – Learn about current events at the appraisal boards of three different states and at The Appraisal Foundation.
- – Obtain information about leadership changes at The Appraisal Foundation and activities at the Appraisal Standards and Appraiser Qualifications Boards
- – Get up-to-date information on appraisal and AMC complaints
- – Acquire information on bias-related issues
- – Participate in a Q&A with the panelists
