Join us on Monday, October 5th and earn 2 hours of CE with our October course “UAD 3.6 Update.” With the November 2, 2026 deadline coming soon for the UAD 3.6 transition, it is imperative that appraisers be aware of how to handle, locate and understand the UAD 3.6 analysis and reporting requirements. The UAD 3.6 data set is the biggest change in residential appraising since the last form change in 2005. As more reports are submitted, the GSEs have advice from the lessons learned on submissions to help you avoid revisions and requests.

Students will:

– Understand the how the areas, exhibits, photographs and relevant sections of the UAD 3.6 should be analyzed and reported.

– Get up-to-date information on appraisal policy changes and UAD 3.6 information.

– Discuss the job aids available to appraisers to help with the UAD 3.6 transition.
