What’s So Bad about “Good”? Objective Report Writing

Feb 12 2024 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Many reviewers are making revision requests stating use of words like good, inferior and other comparison and conclusion language are not USPAP compliant. Are these a violation of USPAP? This course will look at the use of subjective terminology and target what the revision requests are all about. Students will also learn that more objective language and support for conclusions are more important than ever.

The course will cover:

  • FNMA, Freddie Mac, FHA unacceptable practices regarding language use
  • How to target subjective language and unsupported conclusions in your report
  • How to use objective language to avoid these revision requests.
