Workshop: Fundamentals of AI for Real Estate Professionals

Join us on Monday, April 20th for this special 3 hour workshop titled "Workshop: Fundamentals of AI for Real Estate Professionals." This is the first of two courses on Artificial Intelligence in our AI For Real Estate Professionals Series (the second course is on June 15th). This first three-hour workshop provides real estate professionals with a practical, hands-on introduction to artificial intelligence as it exists today—and where it is headed next. Participants move from foundational concepts, such as the AI hype cycle and emerging vocabulary, into applied skills including prompt building, data preparation, retrieval-augmented generation, and visualization. Through guided exercises, attendees use leading frontier platforms—ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini—to generate summaries, infographics, graphs, property descriptions, and market trend content. The course emphasizes real-world workflows, critical evaluation of AI outputs, and thoughtful integration of AI tools into real estate practice.
