The course focuses on changes to USPAP effective January 1, 2024. The second half of the course presents case studies showing how USPAP applies to situations appraisers may encounter in real property appraisal.
The course also covers changes to USPAP adopted in 2023, scenarios for discussion related to the changes, and challenges students to apply USPAP to situations faced in daily practice.
Three publications are required for students taking the 7-hour update course: the 2024 USPAP publication, the 2024 USPAP Guidance and Reference Manual and the 7-Hour Student Manual.
