Our Limitation on Actions against Appraisers Bill (HB24-1085) has passed the full House with a final vote of 46 yes, 18 no, and 1 absence following the bill’s third reading. Next, it heads to the Senate. The first half of its legislative process is complete, in large part due to the valuable input provided by appraiser advocates.
