UAD 3.6 and Forms Redesign: Inspection and Reporting Tips

Freddie Mac sent out the following update today with links to an additional resource to help appraisers when completing 3.6 appraisal assignments.

The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) and Forms Redesign team created the UAD Inspection and Reporting Tips document to highlight notable differences in information collected between the legacy forms (UAD 2.6) and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) (UAD 3.6).

Appraisers can use the Inspection and Reporting Tips document as a job aid when completing appraisal assignments using UAD 3.6. It focuses on new information requirements when physically inspecting the property or when researching property information and completing the URAR.
