Information

Guests are welcome at our regularly scheduled meetings; usually the second Monday of even numbered months. There is no cost to the guest however non-paying guests will not receive continuing education (CE) credit.

CAREA members are associate members of NCAREA and are welcome to attend any of our regularly scheduled meetings (at no charge) and will receive continuing education credits (CE).

NCAREA members, CAREA members and paying guests will receive appraiser continuing education credits (CE) and the majority of classes are also approved for Colorado Real Estate Broker CE. Classes can be purchased separately from an annual membership for non-members desiring CE credit.

NCAREA members, guests and CAREA members are invited to all special programs however there is a cost for attendance (costs vary per class).

The NCAREA meetings are located at the Ramada Inn Hotel at 10 East 120th Avenue, Northglenn, CO 80233. (Map to Ramada Inn)

In order to receive CE you must attend and sign in at the registration table.
