Refund Attendance Policy for the UAD 3.6 class on 9/4

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, due to the nature of our programming and limited seating, the following refund policy applies:

 

 

Refund Requests

  1. Refunds requested 3 or more days prior to the start of the class will receive a full refund.
  2. Refunds requested within 3 days of the start of class will be subjected to a cancellation fee.
  3. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  5. Refunds will take an additional 7-10 business days to show up on your card.

Partial Attendance

  1. Refunds for participants who begin the class but do not complete it will be issued on a prorated, sliding scale based on the portion of the class attended if requested in writing by the end of the course.
  2. However, please note that continuing education credit will not be awarded for partial attendance under any circumstances. Participants must attend the full course to receive credit.
